 Before start working with tools

Make sure your devices are working correctly with your PC 

Qualcomm Example- 

Short EDL Points and plug USB Cable on mobile-

Open Device manager on your PC

Check on ports

If You're Device show this- 

It means your drivers is not installed correctly or you have to repair them or you have to install drivers QUALCOMM.

OR

IF YOU SEE THIS - 

Congratulations your device successfully connected with your computer.

Use boot key for every device and it's works for all CPU with different names in port section
